Brief Answer:
Exposure to loud noise, ear wax, tablet Diclofenac

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Tinnitus is caused by one of these conditions:
1.Exposure to loud noise. Loud noises, such as those from heavy equipment, chain saws and firearms
2.Earwax blockage..
3. Many inner ear disease.
but if it is not associated with hearing loss, loss of balance or giddiness, blurring of vision and comes only when exposed to loud noses then nothing to worry, even a common cold and ear wax can cause this ringing sensation.
For ear wax you need to visit ENT specialist, as management can be decided on examination.
Since when you are experiencing this Tinnitus?
Do you have cold?
Is it associated with any other symptoms mentioned above?

Pain in the collar pain, I would recommend you to take tablet Diclofenac 50 mg twice daily for two days after the food.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
