Brief Answer:
Try betadine gargles

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
If your daughter is complaining of throat pain while swallowing, most likely it looks like a throat infection.
Some are viral and some are bacterial .
If the fever has settled , there is no need to worry, looks like viral.

You can continue the current medicines which will help in decreasing pain .
I would suggest betadine gargles or chlorhexidine mouth wash to treat locally.

If no improvement, it could be bacterial ( confirm by throat swab), in which case she may require a course of antibiotics like amoxycillin.
Wishing her speedy recovery

Any other syrup specifically for throat instead of Ibugesic and Meftal ? She stopped ibugesic and meftal since 3 days.

There are no better throat pain killers than the ones you mentioned, but if pain persists , she might need antibiotics.
