Brief Answer:
respiratory infections/ Reflux disease/Gingivitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam/sir

Welcome to healthcaremagic

I understand your issue.After reading your situation i came to few provisional diagnosis;

Gastro esophageal reflux disease- this acidity in your mouth might cause such taste in your mouth. Take tablets like omeprazole or pantoprazole for a week and see if your symptoms subside.

Upper respiratory infections- Like sore throat or pharyingitis.

Gingivitis-try to focus on oral hygenes and keep your mouth clean.

If you are taking any antibiotics, these symptoms can be a side effect of the tablet.

Meanwhile try taking small meals three to four times a day.Drink lot of water.

Hope my explanation was helpful.Feel free to ask more.
