Brief Answer:
This may be urgent. Please consult general surgeon as soon as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Since when you may have it stuck?

If you really have a tampon stuck in the rectum this is very serious situation. Please note that any object present in this part of large intestine can cause bowels obstruction or even rectum perforation. Both condition, if left untreated can be life threatening.
Typical symptoms of this conditions are bloated abdomen, abdominal pain, gas and stool obstruction, nausea, vomiting.

You have to consult general surgeon as soon as possible. Colonoscopy is urgent. It can not wait.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Can not get in with Doc. No fever feel nauseous when I eat. I do have gas no diarrhea. Should I go to ER. Started Cipro, just because I have some. Becoming nervous, if it is tampon it has been in there for a month. I have had gastric bypass surgery in 2005.

It has been poss stick 4wks, I thought it had come out. Apparently not.
Have nausea, gas, feel beloved just not feeling well at all. Starting Cipro, because I had it. Sharp pain lower right pain (feels like overt pain, no overiers, no gall bladder)

Brief Answer:
Please visit ER.

Detailed Answer:
Well, if it has not come out and you do not feel well, ER visit is the best choice right now. As you have had two major abdominal surgeries, adhesions and partial bowels obstruction can be the case as well.
So please if its possible, visit ER.
