Brief Answer:
Get Xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

The symptos are consistent with osteoarthritis. It seems like you are developing this problem in your knees. I advise you to have xray done on both knees in standing AP view. You may contact an orthopedic surgeon or me with the report. This will allow your doctor to see present condition of your knee joints.

If tylenol is not helping, you can try tab. aceclofenac 100mg+thiocolchicoside 4mg twice a day. This is available with a prescription of your family doctor.

Avoid squatting, prolong standing, weightlifting.

I hop you got the point.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
