Question: Long term monogamous relationship. Both tested negative for all STD's multiple times. I'm a female entering perimenapause, PH can be high at times also BV once and took flygal and was fine. Male partner has sore throat, uninary infection and once moved to testicular issues as well. We avoided oral sex on, use condoms from time to time. His doctor says it's a bacterial infection, negative STD. What causes this? What can I do? We kinda want our sex life back.

Brief Answer:
Your partner seems to have UTI .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .Based on the symptoms that you have posted it seems that your male partner has UTI .

UTI does not necessarily be STD however it can be transmitted to you if you practice unsafe and unprotected sex or oral sex .

In a given situation would advice him to get his urine culture done and take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .

Till then you can have safe and protected sex .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
