Please provide symptoms and results

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern and will try my best to find answers for your query. However I need to have the complete data regarding your symptoms and the blood and other tests you have done to come to a conclusion.
I shall appreciate it if you could upload them.
Also by RP do you mean Retinitis Pigmentosa, the usual medical abbreviation or something else?

If you have normal ESR, normal CRP and ANA negative, it is very unlikely that you have a collagen disease.
The elevated wbc with elevated neutrophil count means that you are likely to have a bacterial infection in your upper respiratory tract. You require an antibiotic and your doctor would be able to help you in that.
Wish you a quick recovery.
