Brief Answer:
Please go in to be seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Without seeing you, it is hard to know, but this may be an allergic reaction or an insect bite that you are reacting to. As you write that it is swollen terribly, not just a little swollen, I recommend that you go in to be seen in person promptly such as at an urgent care clinic. There they can examine the extent of the swelling, where they thing the problem is coming from, and will likely give you
- an antihistamine such as hydroxazine or diphenhydramine
- corticosteroids, either as a one time injection, or also with a follow up dose pack.

I hope this information helps. I will be glad to provide further information/answer questions after you have been evaluated.
