Brief Answer:
Insect bite reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to answer your query.

I were to suspect an insect bite reaction since it appeared overnight.
Advice analgesics(tablet ibuprofen 400mg twice daily for 3 days).
Application of Calamine lotion locally 4 times daily for 3-5 days.
Donot panic since it will subside gradually within the next 4-5 days.
Protect your legs(wear socks) when you go to sleep.
Identify it there are any insects/bugs where you sleep and take necessary actions.
