Suggest Treatment For Stress And Depression
Question: I am very much disturbed and could not concentrate on my studies I am deviated towards opposite sex I am emotional in nature which effects me the most I spend to much time on studies but due to lack of concentration I got poor marks . This problem I am suffering from long time .I think very much on any issue which I think is also the cause.I become frustrated and depressed.I try lot to stop to think on any such issuses but unable to do that .please suggest me something I am frustrated right now.I am 22years old and consulting 1st time about this problem.

SSRI Group of drugs are having much side effect ...so is there any alternative??

It must also be noted that not every side effect occurs to everybody. The chances of side effects are quite low what they appear on the studies.
In case you need to think over other medications SNRI group of medications are next option.

How long should the snri group drugs will take me to recover from this problem.
