Brief Answer:
could be due to Peptic ulcers/piles/fissure ano- need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query
I have read your query in detail and i understand your concern.

It seems you are suffering from Acid Peptic Disease/ Acid Reflux Disease.
A lot many times, there are duodenal or gastric ulcer, which are diagnosed on basis of endoscopy.
If you have any hunger pains, any fullness of stomach or gaseous distension of abdomen after taking meals, you should go for:
Upper GI Endoscopy- To rule out Peptic ulcers.

Blood in stool can be due to many reasons.
Commonest is the Piles or Fissure in ano.
If there is pain while passing stool and bleeding, then it could be due to Fissure in ano.
If there is Bleeding without pain, then it could be due to Haemorrhoids.
Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of liquids.
Avoid non vegetarian foods.
If there is no response inspite of dietary modifications, you should consult your doctor and get checked clinically.
Colonoscopy will confirm the diagnosis.
I would like to few questions to treat you better
Do you have other symptoms too?? Like pain, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal cramps???
Do you feel some soreness at the anus??
What is the color of feces?? Red as fresh blood?? OR Black or brownish dark colored??
I would advise following treatment in such scenario:

1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
2. To take soft, bland diet.
3. To take anti flatulent and anti acidity syrup like Digene/Gelusil for symptomatic relief.
4. Avoid any pain killers.
5. Don't consume any alcohol, or smoking in case you do.
6.Take 10 ml Duphalac every night for 1 week
7. Have food rich in fibre
8.Drink plenty of water

If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Take care
Regards
Dr Priyanka
