Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:

1. You are reporting that you are diagnosed with primary biliary cirrhosis stage 4.
First of all I am glad to know that albumin m bilirubin and alkaline phosphates are in normal range.
2. With regards to alcohol use. I agree with you with that PBC( primary biliary cirrhosis) is nor related with alcohol use and it is an autoimmune disorder.
Otherwise using alcohol while you have cirrhosis stage 4 may aggravate the disease because in such situation alcohol can more easy damage the liver since it is a damaged one.
3. I know that 12 oz beer is not too much alcohol and you can use it but you should know that it may aggravate the process of liver damage.
This is why to my opinion you can use alcohol in occasions but not every day.

Hope it was helpful to you!
