Suggest Treatment For Spots On Penis

Question: hi
I have attached a photo of the spots on my penis

I have been seeing these spots for the last three months
at first there was only two and now as you see in the photo
there is no PAIN nor PRURITUS causes by these spots
can you please till me wha tis the problem please ?

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

I can see individual, grouped, white, shiny papules on genital skin. These are lesions of Molluscum Contagiosum, which is a viral infection.
Classic lesions of molluscum present as asymptomatic, pearly white, dome shaped papules, some with a cental indentation.
Genital infection is acquired by sexual contact with an infected sexual partner.

Treatment of choice is to get them cauterised with an electrocautery. You need to visit a dermatologist in your region. The procedure is curative.
