Question: My daughter is indicating sore throat, headaches and runny nose. Please advise

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Most often such symptoms are due to viral infections and irrespective of treatment it usually spontaneously resolves in 5-7 days.

Gurgling with lukewarm water should help in case of the sore throat. Paracetamol or acetaminophen should take care of the headache. Alongside you need to give saline nasal drops like Nasoclear whenever you feel that the block could be present. You need to give nebulisation. Steam inhalation is its home alternative that can be given. Water in form of vapour will reach deep inside and will help in dilute the thickened mucus. Water vapour will be in the air and automatically the child will breathe it in.

You need not worry. Hopefully it would be cured soon.
