Brief Answer: Antiallergics with nasal decongestants would help. Detailed Answer: Hi, You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis. Excessive sneezing, watery rhinorrhea and itching nose are the signs of nasal allergy. I would start you on antiallergy tablets like Levocetrizine along with nasal decongestant drops (xylometazoline). Both these drugs are known to be very useful in such allergic conditions. Discuss with your treating doctor. I also recommend that you work with a competent doctor and try to find out the allergen which triggered the present episode. And if you are able to find that out, try to avoid that. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask another query. Regards
