Brief Answer:
Rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
You probably have nasal allergy. The stuffy nose can be due to turbinate hypertrophy or some other nasal pathology. You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done. It is possible to develop any allergy at any age especially nasal allergies where nasal pathology increases the chances to develop any allergy.
The laryngitis or cough is also due to Post nasal drip caused by nasal congestion.
Follow up with the report so that I can suggest you better.
Take steam inhalation and use decongestant nasal drops.
Take care
Thanks and regards
