Suggest Treatment For Small Tear Near Frenulum Post Non Penetrative Sex

Question: hello, i was having sex with my girlfriend and she left her knickers on and slightly moved them to the side, but shortly after let them go. i felt an intense pain as my penis rubbed against them causing an injury. There was a small amount of blood and now near the top of my penis there is what i can describe as a flap of skin sticking out. It is located just next to the frenulum and seems to follow from a line where a flap of skin connects just next to the frenulum. i did not experience much pain or discomfort after the injury although to touch the pertruding "skin" is painful and sensitive. A number of hours later i think i may have agitated the area and now i feel a painful sensation in both testicles. Thank you
it seems like a vain or something is sticking out. Although im not sure it is a vain as i would of suspected a large amount of blood..?? There was only a small amount of blood like with a cut.

If there is no excessive bleeding and the bleeding stopped by its own then there is no need to worry. Apply betadin solution and subsequently polyfax ointment. Keep the are clean and dry. Wear loose underwear. Avoid any further activity like sexual intercourse or masturbation for now. The cut will heal in 4 to 5 days.

My concern is that there is something now sticking out about 3-4mm out string shape but thicker like a flap of skin but looks more like a nerve or a vain i can best describe it by these words. there is no visible sign of a cut just this thing that is now sticking out. Will that heal on its own? i imagine it will now remain sticking out? It is painful to touch at the moment. It seems like something that was running along there such as a nerve of vain is now sticking out from where the cut happened. It is more likely to be a nerve since there was not much bleeding but i am not sure, i use the words nerve and vain to help to describe to you what it looks like.

Hello,

I have included links to the uploaded pictures as they are too big to upload here. This is the injury, there was no cut, but after this appeared which was not there before. It is sensative to touch and seems to have a white tip at the end. Im not sure if this will heal on its own? or what it is?

Thanks for uploading the images.

Based on the history and the images uploaded, Its a detached skin tag near the frenulum as a result of the injury. Most likely it will resolve by falling off as the blood supply to such a detached portion is usually restricted. If it persists after two weeks or enlarges in size and causes impedance or cosmetic and sexual discomfort then a urologist can be consulted to remove the tag.
