Brief Answer:
May be a Eustachian tube dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the Eustachian tube dysfunction. This Eustachian tube dysfunction may be due to the injury of that tube or blood collection behind the ear or sinuses. For this, you may take local and systemic nasal decongestant for five days, if condition improves then continue the systemic nasal decongestant.

Otherwise go for Eustachian tube patency test to rule out other diseases or to reach the near diagnosis.

Thanks
