Brief Answer:
Please, see a doctor. This could be fibroids!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully and this persistent bleeding with clots is concerning and needs to be addressed. Beside, continuous blood loss could cause severe anemia and health damages. There are several different possible causes of bleeding in a woman of your agar. The most common are fibroids. This often results in other symptoms like constipation, frequent urination, feeling of pressure in the abdomen, etc. However, there are other possibilities as well. For this reason, it would be best to visit and OBGYN and get examined. You would also benefit from at least and ultrasound of the abdomen to look at the uterus and ovaries for any possible abnormalities. Depending on the findings and final diagnosis, a treatment plan would be established to help you address this.

Without insurance, this is huge. However, health is always the priority and we cannot forgo it. I would rather see you get bills to pay in future than fail to seek medical care because of financial hardship.

In all, this could be caused by an abnormality in the uterus, especially fibroids. Getting an OBGYN visit is very important to identify the exact cause and treat. Please, finances should not hold you back.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. also, keep me updated with your progress about getting this resolved.
