Question: Hello, I have some sort of skin eczema for over 8 months. None cream or gel helped. It started spreading 2 weeks ago. Its very itchy. What can I do? My GP always gave me some new cream like Canesten for example... Helped maybe for 2 days then getting worse again. It started few months after I gave birth. I thought I might had weak imune system...I don't know what to do next

Brief Answer:
Try terbinafine

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like fungal infection.
It requires treatment with oral as well as topical antifungal agents.
Try ointment terbinafine twice daily and take tablet terbinafine 250 mg daily for a month.
This will help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
