RLS in your Case neds further evaluation.
One has to grade it into either Primary or Secondary RLS.
Diabetes and Trazadone can either contribute or precipitate symptoms of RLS.
I advice you to get tested for the following to determine further course of action.
1.Vitamin B12.
2.Thyroid hormone assessment.
3.Serum iron.
4.Serum Magnesium.
5.Blood sugar and Hb1ac.
Further management if any is largely based on test results. Meanwhile Tab Clonazepam can be continued to relieve symptoms of RLS.
