Brief Answer:
It is due to nerve compression in spine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you are having cervical spondylitis. In this condition there is nerve compression in neck. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Tablet Lyrica one daily at night time.
2.Take help of physiotherapist and start intermittent cervical traction exercises.
3.Soft cervical collar needs to be worn when you are travelling.
4.Cyclobenzapyrine is a muscle relaxant and you can continue to take this.
5.Avoid using very high pillow or keeping neck in same position for long time.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
