The problem you are facing is called spinal headache and occurs after spinal anesthesia; neck pain is an accompaniment:
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Report back to the hospital where you were operated for clinical evaluation and examination.
They may admit your for strict bed rest without pillow below head or give head-low position and intravenous isotonic fluids or may give you medication to be taken at home with the same position in bed at home.
Keep proper rehydration with ORS (oral rehydration solution)
May advise you Codeine or such medicines to alleviate your symptoms, laxative to have soft motions.
This usually subsides with time.
Follow the advise and give me the feedback.

when i consulated the doctor who did stappled hamerodoctomy advised me to use dolo 650 and hw many days this pain will sustain please hlp me
