No Diabetes or Hypertension. No other debilitating illnesses except Arthritis. These "pains" have been occurring for about 6 weeks now and steadily getting worse. The only medications I take are Ibuprofen and occasionally Nurofen. this seems to be at its worst when I am lying down. Doesn't matter whether I have exercised or not; in fact exercise seems to make it worse.

Brief Answer:
You need to take calcium and vitamin D 3

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case in detail and I think that you may be deficient of calcium and vitamin D3. This can cause such symptoms. I would recommend you to check your blood vitamin D 3 level and serum b12 level. If there is any deficiency you need to take following treatment.
1. Tablet Methylcobal one daily.
2. Tablet Calcium 1000 mg daily and tablet vitamin D3 60000 unit weekly.

I hope these medicines will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
