Brief Answer:
It is due to gut infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Loose motion is due to Gut infection by Bacteria or Parasite.
Please avoid Outside food.
The medicines that are prescribed are good.
Apart from them,I prescribe Antibiotic like Rifaximine 200mg twice daily to my patients with similar complaints. If there is no response, I will add Tablet Metronidazole.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
