Suggest Treatment For Severe Itching On The Penis
Question: Hello Doctor,
Whenever i travel out of station for couple of days, i get an itching sensation inside my penis despite maintaining daily hygeine. There is a white layer of deposit found on my penis where i slip back forehead skin and it also has foul smell.
When i checked with doctor, after listening to my medical history and current medication, he advised me to get circumcission done to eleminate problem as otherwise it will come back again after some time.
So previous time i got this, i was presribed to apply an ointment (Surfaz) for a week and it went away.Bbut now after travelling to XXXXXXX for amost a day and half, i found the same issue coming back.
I wanted to know if there is anything that Ayurveda has to offer to address this issue permanently without Circumcission option or any other drug with sideeffect.

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and before opting for management certain points need further clarification:
1. Since the infection is recurring which can be due to impaired immunity and in your history there is mentioning of Type 2 Diabetes which is an example of weak immunity thus do share your latest blood sugar reports.
. Any addiction (alcohol,carbohydrate rich diet)?
. Use of synthetic underwear?
2. Drink lemon juice first thing in morning to maintain pH is good (as it contains plenty of Vit. C)
. Tea tree oil is another safe option
. Take more of probiotics (curd), apple cider vinegar
. Maintain hydration.
Do revert back with your concerns
PS. If untreated/recurrent this can lead to balanoposthitis/phimosis where circumcision will be the last option.
