Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches And Dizziness

Question: Would a regular sinus xray show damage from nasal insufflation from mdma or would I need a CT scan/MRI or a nasal endoscopy (Which would take months to get an ENT)
I have bad pain in the front of my face mostly and head with headaches and dizziness, mostly when I try and sleep which has been going on for a long time and not have done any drugs in a year but seams to be getting worse lately. (first noticed a few days after snorting, would do it about 4 times a month but stopped when it started hurting a lot)
Been to my dentist already and my teeth are fine, jaw feels tender and little bit of clicking
I had a sinus xray months ago with not mentioning drug use and that test was fine
But I recently did a tmj xray and it showed that my joints partially disconnecting when I open my mouth and waiting on a specialist for that.
It may just be TMJ from stimulant jaw clenching but the pain seams to be more on one side of my face behind my nose (Same side of the nostril I would use but also the side I sleep on)
went to a walk-in clinic today and they just gave me a prescription nasal spray which ive already tried many types over the last year
He did a quick look inside my nose and said everything looks fine
Have an appointment with gp doctor which i'm also waiting for and was going to ask them the same question about if it would be beneficial to get more tests and if so which ones while im waiting to see tmj specialist

Brief Answer:
CT scan is best for visualization of sinuses

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Sinus problems can be visible on both Xray and CT scan. CT scan is a more sensitive and reliable imaging study and can pick up problems that Xray misses.
Meanwhile use saline nasal spray, steam inhalation and saline nasal wash to help clear the sinuses.
You can also take Ibuprofen (if not allergic ) for pain.
Please be advised to follow up with GP to get necessary evaluation done.
