Well , first good thing is that your blood results are normal and there is nothing to worry.
The feeling of dizziness and headache may not be due to a sinus problem , rather it may be due to migraine ,
for this you will need to meet your neurologist , who will examine you and may ask for a ct scan of the brain to have a better understanding of what is troubling you.
Please do not worry , you will be fine .
Meanwhile i would like you to take the steam inhalation, to avoid straining yourself , avoid bright lights and loud sounds , smoking and alcohol.
sinus headaches are generally in the fore head and are accompanied with eye pain , nose block and nose discharge and facial pain, none of which you have complained , hence i do not feel you are having a sinus problem.
Please meet your neurologist.
