Brief Answer:
Fungal infection probably,ketoconazole shampoo.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing to healthcare magic. I can understand your concern.

As per my opinion probable cause of hair loss is fungal infection.

Excessive oiliness of scalp and white flakes point towards fungal infection.

I will advise you to use a antifungal shampoo containing ketoconazole.Twice weekly application is recommended and it has to be continued for longer periods. This will reduce oiliness and flakes.

Keraglo AD (ipca pharma) shampoo is one brand with good results.

You can also take oral supplements containing biotin and calcium like BTN Ultra(zydus).

Use this treatment for a month and please let me know your progress.

I hope this will help you.In case of any concern i will be happy to help you..

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Peidra, head lice nits, stop coal tar shampoo.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for follow up.

Sand like crusty balls can be seen in peidra. It is a fungal infection of hair shafts.

Other possible cause is nits of head lice. However it seems to be uncommon at your age.

Instead of coal tar shampoo,it will be better to use ketoconazole shampoo. You may also take oral antihistamine tablets like cetrizine in case there is severe itching.

I will also advise you to take healthy diet to improve your immunity.

Stop any hair colors and other hair products like hair creams and gel.

I hope this will help you. Please feel free to ask if you have any concern.

Thanks.
