Question: Hi,

I am 29 years old and consume a moderate semi-vegetarian diet (which includes egg - no other non veg dishes). However, I have a problem - i am affected by a lot of flatulence (odored, noiseless) I have been suffering from it from quite some time and not sure what is causing it.. I don't eat street foods/outside foods at all. I have milk at morning followed by a normal days diet (breakfast, lunch then dinner)
