Brief Answer:
recheck with your doctor

Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for writing to us.
If cough and cold is persistent despite the medicines and nebulisations, it is better to rule out
A. Lower respiratory tract infection like pneumonia.
B. Bronchiolitis which is viral chest infection.
C. Ear infections like otitis media.
All these can cause persistent cold and cough.
Treatment will depend on the identified problem. Chest X ray may be required if your doctor feels there is chest congestion, as the cough and cold have lasted 2 weeks now.
Gastric trouble could be also due to nebulisations because of swallowed air.
Continue medications which you are giving now
But do consult your doctor with this information.

Wishing your child good health.
