Question: I have a cold and coughing a lot. I now have a cold sensation on my neck chest and arms. what could this be?

It's very natural to have a feeling of cold in the chest or arms or anywhere in the body when a person is not well esp if one has respiratory tract infection and running fever.
You may take a tablet of paracetamol and some antihistaminic or a cough syrup and take rest. You will be fine soon. But if your symptoms Continue, I suggest you consult your PCP for a thorough examination and treatment.
