Brief Answer:
Get her clinically examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query
After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get her clinically examined and investigated by your physician.
Following investigations can be helpful:-
1. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
2. Throat swab culture
3. Urine examination
4. Temperature charting
I would advise that shr should take an antihistamine like Levocetrizine 5 mg along with Omeprazole 20 mg and Domperidone for relief from your symptoms. paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for pain and fever.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards. Thanks.
