Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The chest pain you are experiencing it's not related to heart problems (especially heart attack). Since cardiac test (ecg, echo and calcium score test) were normal you shouldn't worry about heart issues.

The pain you are experiencing most probably is associated with kyfosis. Bad kyfosis is responsible for chest pain from thorax deformation. Moreover GERD or acid reflux is a common finding in patients with kyfosis.

Acid reflux also may be responsible for your symptoms especially chest pain and flatulence or gas.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do upper endoscopy for GERD evaluation.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

I also get these off balance feelings and intense fear out of nowhere I cant exercise or masterbate for more than 30 seconds without shaking and feeling like im gonna die. yet I have numerous tests that all seem to be normal. can this just be ptsd or panic disorder? I also get a burning feeling my in my left bidept on and off which has been going on for a couple months and numerous ekg and bloodwork showed no heart attack or any issues like that. could my issues be heart related or more likely anxiety related?

Hi back,

Based on the data you provided I definitely think that your symptoms are caused and aggravated by stress and panic disorders.

This is why I strongly recommend to contact a psychologist to start CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) to ease your concerns.

Wish you health!
