Posted on Thu, 11 May 2017
Question: Yes, last night, after eating one too many pieces of pizza, I developed a pain in my chest, which then went all the way through to my back - I slept on it, but it's still there. I haven't eaten anything since then. It doesn't sound like acid reflux according to the description below. I'm not in great pain, but it is uncomfortable.

Brief Answer:
I suggest you add Tylenol 1000mg thrice daily and observe!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain. It sounds like mechanical pain during swallowing. I will suggest that you go ahead and take a pain killer. This will address the pain in its entirety. I have recommended tylenol as above.

Let me know how you respond to this. I wish you well.
