Brief Answer:
cancer is diagnosed by laboratory tests and histopathological examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Anxiety is a state of apprehension and fear in medical psychiatry which may persists without any particular cause.

As you have asked about cancers, then I would advice you to do routine and specific blood testing to diagnose leukaemia and Fine needle aspiration biopsy and tissue biopsy with serum tumour markers can detect the cancers like lymphoma or any other.

I have also gone through the questions you posted earlier and answered by the respective expert.May be you are too much worried about cancer but it can only be diagnosed by laboratory tests and histopathological examination.

You can consult your family physician for more information regarding cancer.
