Question: i had a headache for the last 4 months , also burning sentation and chill feeling in my head and face. pain rotates from front of back of head or some time in the middle and sometime in left or right of my head. i had taken antoboitics for this but no avail. docter advised me to do some test. uric acid is 7.5. sgpt is 56 u/l and sgot 46u/l. esr 36 mm/hrs. sugar fbs 92 mg/dl and pbs 149 mg/dl. is my headache due to increase of uric acid. body temperature 98.2 in the morning and 99.3 in 6 pm and 98.3 at 8.30. plz suggest me what of treatment or test i have to do.

I would like further information to help you better like
nature of pain throbbing headache or constricting pain
Is it a constant headache or comes in episodes or at regular intervals
any relieving factor or aggravating factor
relevant medical history like blood pressure or diabetes or thyroid disease?
Any complaints of blurring of vision or any visual problem, running nose or nasal congestion

Uric acid elevation is not known to cause headaches or any of the aforementioned symptoms. To guide you better on the next steps, I will need more information. Please revert to me with details.

constant pain in head. no sugar, bp or thyroid problem. no blrring vision or any visual problem. no running nose or nasal congestion.
headache is mild in nature and rotate from one place to another. there is no pain in the night. when there is chill felling in head pain disappear.

Looking at your detailed description your symptoms are suggestive of certain pathological conditions related your head and neck region

For better assessment of conditions and to rule out other rare possibilities of this headache, I would advise you for an X ray PNS and an MRI with MRV.

meanwhile I would advise you to follow these guidelines
You can take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or acetaminophen after consulting your doctor
avoid smoking or alcohol if you are into that.
Try to find out any trigger for such an attack and try to avoid it.
