Brief Answer:
Boils ( sebaceous cysts )

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I have gone through the pictures.
The bumps are sebaceous cysts.
A sebaceous cyst is basically an infection of the sweat glands / hair follicles in this area.
This can be precipitated by shaving, rubbing, abrasion, handling during sex or masturbation etc, change of vaginal flora by using soaps, gels, douches, cleansers or use of antibiotics, some kind of systemic illness, travelling and change of milieu etc.
Just apply local Bacitracin ointment on it.
They should resolve in a few days.
If they dont, consult a doctor for oral antibiotic prescription.
It is important to touch them at the very least.
Avoid any kind of artificial cleansers for the area, just use lukewarm water and XXXXXXX dry gently.
Avoid unprotected sex till this resolves.
Use sterile wipes for cleaning after using the washroom.
Take care.
