Brief Answer:
blister

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It is unusual to form blister on scar tissue. It is most likely to be a keloid, which is nothing but irregular fibrous tissue which can be easily excised by a surgeon.

However to be sure, could you please upload a photo of it so that I can see it.

Please get back to me with the photo

Needs treatment

Hello

Thanks for getting back

If it is intact a blister then I recommend treatment with topical antibiotics line mupirocin to be applied on. Please do not try to break it, make sure the area is clean, wash with soap and water.
If the blister is large then it has to be drained, meet your gp for incision and drainage of it .

Please upload the photo for me to see and opine

Brief Answer:
superficial blister

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for attaching the photos. It is a small blister most likely due to infection of the hair follicle. You can follow the suggestions given by me in the earlier post. Do not worry about it, most blisters like these settle down in a week or two
