You may take Cap. Doxycycline 100mg, twice daily for 2 weeks. It is an oral antibiotic and is available on prescription.
In addition you may use a daily ketoconazole based shampoo e.g Scalpe Shampoo Or Nizoral Shampoo.
Avoid any hair oil or any oily greasy hair care product.
