Question: Lower right side of chest feels like It is cramping and I just threw up.

diffetential for present symptom:
liver or gall bladder pathology
stomach pathology
food poisoning

what is history of present symptom. pain and vomiting?is there blood in vomiting?
is it first episode? what did you eat lately and during the day?
have your suffered from these symptoms previously?
what is you weight and height?
have you history of any chronic diseases?

meanwhile:
- avoid oily food and rice and junk food altogether
- avoid alcohol and beverages
- you may take metoclopramide or domeperidone tablets if recurrent episodes of vomiting and/or nausea
- lemonade may help also
