Brief Answer:
Benign medical disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hi! renal glycosyruia is otherwise a benign or harmless condition. it improves on its own with time and excellent prognosis. but before resting back you need to check
1. fasting blood glucose
2. pp blood glucose
3. hba1c
4. electrolytes
5. urine routine and microscopy
6. urinary electrolytes
regards!

Hi

Thanks for the reply Dcotor.

I have undergone following tests and following are their results:-

1. fasting blood glucose :- Normal
2. pp blood glucose :- Normal
3. hba1c :- Was bit towards alarming state but was in normal range
4. electrolytes :- Never Did this test
5. urine routine and microscopy:- Urine normal has sugar and albumin contents
6. urinary electrolytes:- Never done this

Now please recommend me what should i go for.

But yes, when sugar levels are low after urination, i feel like taking lot of sugar contents so i go to coffee with lot of sugar in it or mango/orange juice and it gives me instant relief.

Please suggest what diet habits i should inculcate and if some medication required?
I take revital daily to boost up my enery levels but i feel like very drained out in day time.

One more thing, i was diagnosed with 'Fatty Liver", what should be my course of action to catter this state. Is it Chronic? Which tests/medication will you recommend for this.

Regards
XXXX

Brief Answer:
do the tests not done so far and let me know.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX hi! as i told you today early morning, that it is a benign state, so relax. your feeling drained out is acceptable as sugars are leaking out. you need to supplement yourself with food as you have the chance of becoming hypoglycemic. but remember to take healthy frequent small meals. please tell me either the test values or attach the reports, do not write normal. secondly do the tests not done so far and let me know. also let me know your BP.
fatty liver is another problem you have mentioned. avoid alcohol, fatty food, deep fried items and high calorie food. exercise regularly. you may need some drugs like udiliv otherwise there is no direct medicine for this as well. regards!
