What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Question: My wife is 33 week pregnant, she has undergone LFT test recently by doctor. Report does not seems normal. I have attached the report herewith.
Could you please share the concern and suggestion.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached report. There is a mild rise of liver enzymes SGOT SGPT and Alk Phos. This mild rise is a normal finding in pregnancy and is due to the extra stress on the liver due to the growing baby inside. This can cause mild itching all over the body or pale coloration also. But all these changes are reversible after the pregnancy is over. She is already taking Udiliv to control any further rise in enzyme levels. So there is no need to worry.
