Question: Redness of skin with light swelling on right side of penis . Itching and weeping moisture appears .
Been keeping clean with peroxide and neosporin or powder

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have itching with redness and swelling of the skin

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic?
2) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning ,frequency ,urgency etc associated with these symptoms
3) Is it possible to upload photogrph of penis?

Symptoms that you have are commonly observed in patients with uncontrolled diabetes.and are due to what is called as Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis .

Please get your blood sugar levels tested and start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with anti fungal medication like Fluconazole twice daily with topical anti fungal cream like Candid for local application .
