Brief Answer:
Boil formation due to bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back. I'm sorry i was not able to reply earlier. I was on call at hospital. I have gone through the reply & image attached. Symptoms are suggestive of acute bacterial infection. If i were your treating dr then i would have advised following things:

- amoxicilin/clavulanic acid 625mg thrice a day for 7 days. (It is a prescription medicine so you need to visit nearest doctor to get it)
- Take acetaminophen for pain & fever if occurs.
- Apply polyfax plus ointment over the lesion thrice a day.
- wash hands before and after touching it.
- Keep the area protected from dust.

Hopefully you will see improvement in 2-3 days. If condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
