Brief Answer:
Kindly provide pictures and details

Detailed Answer:
hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
You have some redness at the corona region along with a reddish patch over the glans .
I would request you to kindly send some more close up pictures providing a better view of the affected areas .I would like to see if the lesions extend all around the area or are limited only to one particular region.
Also please tell since when do you have these ?
Any associated itching or pain or discomfort?
Anything you have been applying over them ?
Any outside contact ?

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the pictures along with the above details.

Brief Answer:
Need to look into cause

Detailed Answer:
HI again

Thanks for the close up pictures.
As I can see ,you have two reddish spots over the glans region which are not causing any discomfort to you .
The lesions do not look like any sexually transmitted disease but they surely need to be evaluated further to look for their exact cause .
The patches could either be old scarred areas or they could be related to some autoimmune disease .
I would advise you to apply a mild topical steroid agent like cortisone over the affected areas twice daily for a week .
If the lesions tend to improve ,you can apply the medicine for a maximum of ten days .
If however there is no improvement ,see s nearby dermatologist for a magnifying lens examination and further assessment .

Hope it helps
