Suggest Treatment For Red Marks On Neck

Question: I have a red mark on my neck. Im not sure what it is but really would like to figure it out so I can start figuring out how to get it removed

Also when I first got it about 9 years ago it would lighten up and go away and come back when I would get hot. But now it only gets a brighter red if I get hot or my blood pressure rises.

Thanks for getting back with the pictures. The lesions resemble telengiectasia which are benign localised dilatation of blood vessels. It will cause no harm to you. If you are keen to get rid of it I recommend you to approach a vascular surgeon for sclerotherapy ( adding a local chemical agent and closing the dilated vessel). No cream or tablets can help you make it lighter.
