Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps And Irritation On The Penis Head

Question: Hi, for last 2 weeks i have noticed these red bumps and irritation on my penis head. They do not pain, and no other symtpoms what could this be and is it serious since its not going away after couple weeks now

I would suggest you to take antibiotic like Doxicycline and topical Neosporin for local application .

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily..

In view of you having protected sex and absence of fluid filled vesicles which is characteristic of herpes infection it is most unlikely to be herpes infection .

Start treatment suggested earlier .I am sure it will work for you
