Brief Answer:
You should exclude Herpes infection at first

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I've seen the images and understand your concern and I will try to help you.

If you are sexually active and since August have this recurrent fluid filled blisters several times , you should minimally exclude Herpes infection.

Usually Herpes infection have multiple blisters lesions but we can't exclude it.

Try to have Sit'z baths with warm water and squeeze it with a sterile gauze .

Brief Answer:
It is a genital skin issue

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!

While you have excluded herpes infection than it is a small blister that is due to skin issue .
From the images you have uploaded it seem to a pustula or a small blister that contain pus.
The most common agents that cause these sores is staphiloccocus .

Hence to stop this small genital sore to be recurrent ,
try to keep a good genital hygiene
use cotton loose underwear
use probiotics
You can try and with creams that contain antibiotics like eritromycini while the most common agent is staphilococus aureus .
