Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Hands

Question: I have a pus looking spots on my hand that came back for second time on the same hand, the first time there was two spots it also should up on both hands so far it is only on one hand last time it went away and left two red spots so now it's back in the same spots, so question is what it could be from and which doctor I should go and see about it.
